I am here to take the stress out of finding the right home loan. I will come to your home at a time that suits you to discuss your specific circumstances and confirm what you want to get from a home loan. Together we will decide on the best home loan option. I will then assist you with the home loan application process from start to finish and will be available to answer any questions you may have at any stage.

House and Land Specialist

Over 80% of my business each year is customers looking for the right house and land finance and I have helped more than 300 customers finance their own house and land packages. I will take you through the application process; initially by getting you a preapproval for your house and land. I will then take care of all of the construction drawdown payments and make building your home as stress free as possible.

My personal experience with over 300 construction loans and multiple lenders has shown me that most clients are looking for knowledgeable support from a broker who cares, from finding the right loan through to assistance with paperwork, co-ordination, negotiation and being available to answer questions. I work six days a week Friday through Wednesday and am available any time.

Community Involvement

At the Mernda office we continue to be involved in the local community through sponsorship of local teams such Spurs Youth Girl’s Football Team and Eagle’s Seniors Basketball Team.
