My responsibility as a mortgage broker is to provide the best deal for my clients no matter what their status in life. Whether I am packaging a home loan, commercial or investment loan, my commitment is to always meet my client’s needs. Most of my career before becoming a mortgage broker was spent in banking.

No Deposit?  You may still be able to get a home loan

I have experience and excellent results assisting all types of borrowers, however I have had some significant success with borrowers who have no deposit. I have also helped many first home buyers purchase their first home and it is always a pleasure to help someone achieve something that they may have thought was impossible to achieve. 

Australian Expats and overseas borrowers

I do a great deal of work with foreign investors wishing to invest in Australia and ex pats. either investing or on their way home. I have recently exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding with a leading European Mortgage Broker to provide lending services to their clients wishing to invest in the Australian and New Zealand market.

Customer Service is my focus

With my banking background my focus is on customer service. Good customer communication is vital and I always insist on close contact with my clients throughout the whole process of getting a loan.  I am always available to discuss any concerns or answer any questions that my clients have. I also work closely with my client’s Financial Planner, Accountant and Solicitor to help them achieve their financial goals.

Low Doc and Non Conforming Loans

I have considerable experience with Low Doc and Non Conforming loans. Low documentation loans are typically used by borrowers who are self-employed or those who have inconsistent income or no financial reports.  While Non conforming loans are for those who have bad credit history, over 55 years old or new migrant with no borrowing records.

I am a member of the Kawana Waters Chamber of Commerce and the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network. Through my association with these networks I can often provide my clients with contacts for goods and services provided by other members.

I work on the Sunshine Coast including Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana, Kawana Island, Coolum and will travel to Sunshine Beach, Noosa and Maleny in the North, Caloundra and Bribie Island in the South and to the Hinterland and Glasshouse Mountains.

Community Involvement

I provide financial support by to the Salvation Army Learning for Life Programme. This donation is used to supplement my assigned student with the extra funds required for her to maintain her studies.  I feel this is an extremely important function that the Salvation Army undertakes which helps underprivileged Australian young people to further their education.

Lynne Roberston is our broker and has been negotiating finance for the purchase of a property in Narangba. Francesca and I have been in Australia for some months and due to the length of time it has taken to gain employment, the funds from the sale of our house in New Zealand have become somewhat depleted. We approached a number of brokers but we soon found that they could not help us.

Then, out of the blue, Lynne contacted us and she started seeking finance on our behalf. We were, frankly, a difficult case. Francesca's salary as a relief teacher was not taken into account and I was still on probation with my employer as well as not earning a salary to service the mortgage on my own.
