Our friends were looking to purchase their first home, and when we told them we were doing the same they gave us the number of their mortgage broker, Inta Maggs. We weren't sure exactly how Inta could help us because we didn't think we had saved quite enough for a deposit. Inta was able to visit us on a Saturday in our home, which was extremely helpful. She talked us through the process of purchasing a home, and was able to give us some home loan options right there and then! We were thrilled to learn that we were ready to start looking for a home.
 
We found a house within a week, and Inta was fantastic with helping us fill out all the loan documentation and talking to all the other parties involved. Buying a house can be an extremely stressful time so having Inta involved in the process was a real life saver! A couple of weeks into the process, Inta called with the fantastic news that she was able to secure a loan for us with a lower interest rate than we expected!
 
Within no time we were moved into our new house and starting the renovation process. We owe it all to Inta, we really couldn't have done it without her.
