> Professional Pack La Trobe Financial provides facilities to recognised professional individuals where gross Annual Income for single applicants exceeds $90,000 per annum and exceeds $135,000 for joint applicants. Loans can be for Owner Occupied or Investment properties for any worthwhile purpose with a broad range of fixed and variable rate options and flexible features.
> Life Discount Loan Purchase prime residential property in Metropolitan or Major Regional Centres > 10,000 people or Re-finance your current Loan with La Trobe Financial and save. We offer a flexible variable rate option. Re-financing can include consolidating debts, get "cash-out" from your equity, purchasing a car or holiday, or simply switching to a loan that better suits your needs from a lender that provides superior customer service.
> Overseas (non-resident) Investors La Trobe Financial provides loans for overseas (non-resident) borrowers. We provide a full range of fixed and variable rate loans with standard loan features as outlined below. Funds are available to purchase or refinance an established dwelling, or an off the plan purchase, subject to the borrower obtaining Foreign Investment Review Board approval and appointing a recognised Australian based law firm and Power of Attorney to receive loan documents and notices after settlement.Applicants who do not hold Australian citizenship or full residency status can purchase, subject to Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval, Australian real property.
> Purchase or Construction La Trobe Financial's Home Loans provide borrowers with the ability to purchase or construct their owner-occupied investment property. In fact we will consider any worthwhile purpose and offer a broad range of interest rate options and product features as outlined below. Discounted Rates shown revert to the standard variable rate, or a fixed rate by your choice, upon expiry.
> PAM (Pledged Asset Mortgage) La Trobe Financial's Pledged Asset Mortgage (PAM) provides borrowers with the ability to purchase or borrow 100% of the cost of the construction or purchase of their property. PAM offers a broad range of interest rate options and product features. Discounted Rates shown revert to the standard variable rate, or a fixed rate, by your choice, upon expiry.
La Trobe Financial will lend to 100% of the prime security, on the basis that further collateral (residential security) is available and pledged to La Trobe as additional registered mortgage security (generally parent's/relative's home).
> Self Employed Applicants At La Trobe Financial we understand that self-employed and contract employees cannot always produce two to three year's taxations returns which are reflective of their income earning capacity. In 1990 we introduced our Lite Doc® Lending Program (the first of its kind in Australia), with a self certification, including ABN declaration, to be completed by the Borrower. This assists Borrowers where there have been breaks in employment periods. The products are available for any loan purpose (purchase, refinance, construction etc) and are combined with a broad range of fixed and variable interest range options and flexible loan features.
