My partner and I have recently gone through the very exhausting and sometimes overwhelming task of undertaking a mortgage. Troy Erickson has been our broker through this entire process and I must say that without his understanding, patience and empathy towards us, it would have been a very frustrating task. Troy's very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly approach made what could have been a difficult journey, relatively easy and almost enjoyable. He understood that to the average person and the task of sorting through all the various types of loans available and trying to ascertain which one is the best option can be incredibly difficult and very patiently explained all the finer details to us. No question was ever treated as being stupid and he was always available to us when we needed to contact him or returned our call very promptly. This meant that when we finally settled on our mortgage, we knew that we had chosen the product that best suited our income and lifestyle. Troy was also very accommodating and understanding that it is difficult to get away from work and on more than one occasion visited me at my workplace to deliver documentation to facilitate the process and avoid further delays.
Previous forays into this area through other sources had resulted in many mixed results, including feeling that we were just another consumer that was to be sold the product that best suited the financial institution's agenda rather than what was best for us. I have now used Clint Bravo as my mortgage broker twice. The first time was a breeze. It was my first mortgage by myself so you can imagine how daunting things can be. With Clint's professional advice I had no problems in getting the loan. It seemed too easy but the best way to get a mortgage. Clint came to my place of work and it was all so personal. That's why the second time to get another mortgage there was no choice. I called Clint again.. This time was a little different and more stressful.

Clint Bravo came to our house and we were just testing the waters to see how much we could borrow.. Next thing I knew I was calling Clint to tell him we've found a house and putting in an offer and please go ahead with the package he had suggested for was best for us. We had to have the contract of sale signed the Friday prior to Christmas and Clint made sure we had our pre-approval in writing in time for us to sign on the dotted line. In researching the mortgage market for a home loan I first spoke with our bank, however their service was poor and I struggled to receive a returned phone call from them. I then decided to jump on the X Inc website, as I had heard about X Inc through a friend, and phoned the customer service line and within 2 hours I had received a phone call from Troy Erickson organizing a time to catch up and go over our needs for a Home loan!
