I employed the services of X Inc from overseas, and have known and worked intimately with your broker for 4 months. I had approached more than ten banks. They all promised good deals initially and then found themselves unable to accommodate me on the basis of no Australian credit history, despite the fact that I am Veterinarian with a successful Practice, and have substantial funds.

Adrian has handled the deal competently and professionally from start to finish. He covered all my needs, including setting up and tailor making a blended product of multiple lenders, able to finance a substantial deal for a new immigrant, on very favorable terms. He was able to handle the complex financial and legal issues concerned with an unusual deal, pulling on his large resources where necessary.

He is amiable, personable, dependable, approachable and highly efficient. I can vouch for his honesty and integrity. He handles considerable financial amounts, yet respects that the each small fee incurred by his client must be justified. His willingness to take on extra work, unsupervised and after hours is testament to his highly motivated nature. Adrian has also been extremely pleasant and kept in contact daily, which I have been told, by the Settlement agency and Solicitors, is most unusual.
