I first approached Ben Anson, Finance Broker in 2005 when looking to upgrade from a unit to a house in the Eastern Suburbs, whilst refinancing an existing loan for an investment property. I had bought and sold several properties in Sydney prior to this time but had not worked with a mortgage broker. I was unclear as to the benefit of a broking service but found Ben to be professional, patient and clear when explaining the service, benefits and support that I would receive. I was interested in a split fixed / variable loan for a substantial loan amount (in excess of $1.2M) and Ben was able to provide an excellent financial solution using his leverage of a major lender. As a member of the public approaching this Lender I would not have been able to receive this solution. I can say this accurately because I enquired myself. In addition, my existing lender, whom I had been a customer for many years, could not match Ben's financial solution.

Ben Anson made it his business to communicate throughout the loan and purchase process with me and also spent a lot of time in discussion with my legal council. Given my work and travel commitments I relied on a lot of this paperwork and discussion being handled by Ben which he did so in a timely and professional manner.

I subsequently contacted Ben Anson for his support when a change in my circumstances required a refinance of my existing loan and again was very pleased with the financial outcome of Ben's service. The refinance was again handled in a timely and professional manner, limiting the time I had to spend on documentation and discussion with legal support. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Ben Anson for provision of mortgage brokering services. For those who have not used a broker or see no benefit of such a service, I would advise that you at least review the solution that Ben presents. As an Engineer in a Senior Management role of a multinational chemical company, I have an analytical focus and was skeptical of the benefits associated with mortgage broking but I would not consider my next property purchase without the support of Ben Anson and his business."
