If you are looking for the best finance deal and least amount of effort in obtaining finance for your next property purchase, be it commercial or residential, then you must speak to Ben Anson. I had gone through the process of trying to obtain finance myself with various institutions and financiers and thought I had been reasonably successful. Successful that is - despite the wasted time, endless completion of forms, back and forth negotiations, unfulfilled promises, constant let downs and in some cases outright lies.
 
In the end I took off my bullet proof vest, mouthguard and safety goggles and fortuitously found Ben who went to war for me.  Within a very short period of time he located by far the best deals out there and soon after the deals were closed.Ben is certainly a professional, with an extremely thorough knowledge of the industry that he wields to maximum advantage for his clients. His clients are varied including time poor high net worth individuals and others who want a professional negotiator out there working on your behalf.
Please do not waste Ben's time. As I said he is a professional. If you are upfront - know what you want and tell Ben all your requirements before hand then you will be more than satisfied. He is only too willing to help you once he understands your requirements. If you are not sure what you actually need then he will go through a thorough needs analysis with you and come up with several options. My wife and I  cannot recommend him highly enough. My entire property portfolio was refinanced  through Ben's help.
