People say that one of the most stressful things people will go through at some point in their life is purchasing a property. Well, fortunately for us, when you utilise the services offered by Lidia Sherwin from X INC this could not be further from the truth.

My first face to face contact with Lidia occurred one Saturday afternoon, when Lidia drove all the way from the other side of the Gold Coast to meet myself and Melissa at our rental property in Byron Bay - Free of Charge and only a day or two after I had initially contacted Lidia by phone. Lidia was able to source the best possible loan option for Melissa and I, and she did ALL of the leg work involved. All we needed to do was supply some payslips and Identification and it was that easy! The process was stress free and painless and now we have our dream house on the coast.
It almost felt too easy and at times this worried me as I felt as though I had forgotten something, but the team at XINC had everything covered. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking at purchasing a property and again thank the team for their excellent service.
